I guess it became apparent that AT&T was not going to be able to use the courts to shut Verizon up. I think they went about it wrong. There is false advertising. Let me say, as a Verizon customer, that nerdy guy does not wander from the big city.

Every morning I see dump trucks. On all of them they have a sign that reads “not responsible for broken windshields”. Is there some sort of exemption for them?
